All the staff were very friendly but one stood out for us that was Asier he was so helpfull and knowledgeable helped us with booking tickets ect so friendly excellent addition to your staff NYX Bilbao.

Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. It is in a fantastic location, parking is across the road and the price is really good. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and price! The room was small but comfortable. I wasn’t crazy about the glass walled bathroom.

Very nice hotel and excellent location to old town,bar on top should been open on all dry days I think.very good beds and nice decor inside hotel,friendly staff but not so good breakfast I think if I compare to other similar hotels but all in all I hope to come back.

Only last two days coffee and tea were have been forgatten for coffee machine in the room But I got from reception .

We spent 3 nights at NYX hotel for tourism. The location is excellent to see all parts of the city, and is a stone's throw from the train station. There is a taxi rank at the front and the staff are friendly and professional. The bar isn't too expensive either. If I had to say something negative, it would be that the breakfast could have a bit more variety. Overall, well worth it and I'd stay there again.

Beautiful hotel on great location, stylish, quite and with wibe. Great value for money.. I would change only the mattrass and pillows..

the location is pretty good and bad at the same time. good because it is right at the start of Casco Viejo, but it's also bad because it is located there, it's pretty noisy in the nights but also mornings (cleanings). the room was a little small, but okay.

A very nice stay with friendly staff, clean room and help at the reception regarding our baggage (could leave it there for a trip to the city after the check-out).

Everything was excellent. Bilbao is a very safe city, very flat so easy to go around on foot. The hotel is highly central, in the old town part and through the bridge near by it is very close to the modern part. The hotel has a bar to hang out with our kid next to us. My only complain is the lack of small creams and hair conditioner. Also we could not open the room window for some fresh air.

Location is excellent. Entering the Hotel, the scent was lovely, also the design and comfortability, smooth check in. Elevator is very fancy, also the hotel corridors. Room size is good and design is extraordinary, really liked it. We had a beautiful balcony, however it was raining quite a lot, we could enjoy a bit. Nice, clean, fresh aromas everywhere, comfortable bed and sheets. Ample breakfast with many choices. Highly recommend.

We had an overall pleasant stay — the hotel is clean, the location is convenient, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and quiet, which we really appreciated. There were, however, two things that could be improved. The mattress was noticeably firm, which made sleeping slightly less comfortable than expected. Additionally, the sink design, although modern, is very wide and flat, which unfortunately makes every splash or mark quite visible and not very practical for everyday use. Aside from these details, everything else was satisfactory, and we enjoyed our time at the hotel.

Good experience. Window sound proofing was very good. Slept very well. Room was quite small for 2 people with 2 cases. Could have had better storage. Shower toilet area was big and great shower. Great location and great staff.

We splurged on a top floor room with a fantastic balcony. The room was very nice, but for the money some seating in the room would have been nice. Also, we weren’t big fans of the glass bathroom. The door to the bathroom was fairly difficult to open because it was on such a tight spring. Finally, it’s an American thing, but having only a duvet and no top sheet doesn’t work well. It was too cool with no cover, but too hot for a duvet. Consequently, we ended up blasting the a/c. We would definitely return, though. The balcony was the point and the view was spectacular. It was wonderful sitting out there listening to the buskers singing and playing.

Everything about the stay was great. The only inconvenient part was arriving. Since the hotel doesn't have parking, you have to park in front of the hotel to unload your bags and then park in the public lot. However, if you arrive on the wrong side of the road, you'll have to take a 2km detour around town. And if all the spaces are taken, you'll have to do another detour.

Generally we have been really satisfied with NYX Hotel Bilbao, II was a really good Hotel experience for us! Small remark/ feedback/advise: When cleaning the breakfast table you should avoid to swipe the crumps from each table straight on the ground floor. I would suggest to use a kind of a “hand-stab-Hoover” just for cleaning the tables! Not to be used for floors or other surfaces. I guess the staff can carry those easy with them (maybe a kind of a “Halfter” would be advisable).

Had a lovely stay. Excellent location for the city made it really relaxing. The room was well sized and a massive bed - not slept so well in ages! All the staff were very helpful and I would definitely return.

good location to stroll around in the old town as well as downtown. Right next to the river with a nice view from the room. The personal is friendly and helpful.

Great location , staff and service

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Particularly the location. My only recommendation is that you get more comfortable mattresses.

We really enjoyed our stay and the location of the hotel in the city centre was perfect to explore. Thanks and till next time
